Technical description
This motor control unit is a discontinued type, this motor control unit can be used as a possible replacement: 06.38.001
The M-BL-10-24 module is a motor control unit for EC motors (3 phase, 3 Hall sensors, 120° arrangement). It ensures the safe switching on/off of brushless motors. The speed control of the motors can be set via a potentiometer or an analog voltage 0-10VDC. The trimmer Tr1 (n-max.) on the front of the control unit can be used to set the desired maximum speed of the motor in advance, so that only this set speed can be controlled externally. Trimmer Tr2 (I-max.) can be used to set the maximum permissible motor current. If the set motor current is reached, the control unit switches off the load circuit, the red “Error” LED lights up and the signal at terminal 5 “Error OUT” goes from 0V to VCC, the maximum load from this output must not exceed 50mA. The current cut-off is reset if there is no control at terminals 7 “A2” and 8 “A1”. If terminal 6 “Break” is not activated, dynamic braking takes place after the motor is switched off; if +VCC is applied to terminal 6, dynamic braking is not activated. If inputs A1 or A2 are activated and the motor does not turn, the “Error Out” output terminal 5 is switched to high after approx. 3 seconds.
