All employees of JBW transpose the requirements of the quality management system to their daily operations. Since the strategic management decision in the year 1998, the system with its processes is being constantly adapted and improved to the continously changing expectations of the markets, customers and employees. The required audits are regularly performed and confirmed by the certification.

The entire operation from an incoming product requirement up to delivery, invoicing and accounting are defined in our transparent business processes. All tasks are described and the roles and responsibilities are applied to dedicated employees. This proves our very informed hand-to-hand working model. Each employee contributes his capabilities and is well trained to consider the entire process beyond his own desk.

We cherish our supplier relationships supporting each other and providing an added value to all parties. The trustful relationship with our suppliers is proven by the long-lasting and fair cooperations. This ultimately inures to the benefit of our customers.

Customer surveys for supplier evaluation

We regularly conduct customer surveys to gather feedback on customer satisfaction. We ask our questions in such a way that we can see how, from the customer's point of view, quality has improved since the last survey. Quality in every respect, not just in terms of drive technology products and our engineering services. We have the entire service chain evaluated - from A-Z, from quotation to delivery.

We are also very grateful for open criticism and suggestions for improvement outside of these customer surveys, because we want to continue to work with our customers as partners at eye level. You give us the starting points where something can still be improved. We always try to position ourselves and act in the best possible way. Nevertheless, new habits also creep in during day-to-day operations. So please, let us know if something is not right. We are committed to working with you in a spirit of trust over many years.
