Programmable, compact and robust
In standard or customized versions, our electronic control units for DC motors and BLDC motors meet a wide range of requirements. Each controller has a compact, robust design and can be connected via standard plug contacts. Rotation direction, rotation speed, ramps, dynamic braking, current supply, etc. can be controlled via programmable digital and analog inputs and outputs.

Technical description
The M5-4Q-12-48 module is a motor control unit for DC motors for use in industrial environments.
It ensures the reliable switching on and off of motors.
The module has:
- Digital inputs for clockwise and anticlockwise rotation
- Digital input for 2 independently adjustable speeds
- Digital input for activating the dynamic brake
- Digital input for switching between current limiting or overcurrent cut-off
- Analog input 0-10 V for setting the motor speed
- Analog input 0-10 V for reducing the motor current
- Digital outputs for signaling operational readiness and overcurrent
- Trimming potentiometer for setting the maximum 1st speed setpoint TR1, 2nd speed setpoint TR2, fade-out time for current measurement TR3, stop ramp TR4 and start ramp TR5
- DIP switch for setting the maximum motor current for current limitation or current cut-off
