Programmable, compact and robust
In standard or customized versions, our electronic control units for DC motors and BLDC motors meet a wide range of requirements. Each controller has a compact, robust design and can be connected via standard plug contacts. Rotation direction, rotation speed, ramps, dynamic braking, current supply, etc. can be controlled via programmable digital and analog inputs and outputs.

Technical description
The UB-BL-2-24 module is a motor controller for small BLDC motors with integrated open collector Hall sensors.
It is intended for use in industrial environments.
It ensures the switching on and off as well as the controlled activation of motors.
The module has two digital inputs, one analog input and one digital output.
The direction of rotation of the motor can be set via the digital inputs.
The dynamic brake can be activated by setting both inputs to high.
The speed can be set between 0 and 100 % via the analog input.
An external 100 kΩ potentiometer for the speed input can be supplied by the module.
The maximum motor current is limited by the hardware and is therefore not adjustable.
The digital output is switched on while the motor is rotating.
