Programmable, compact and robust
In standard or customized versions, our electronic control units for DC motors and BLDC motors meet a wide range of requirements. Each controller has a compact, robust design and can be connected via standard plug contacts. Rotation direction, rotation speed, ramps, dynamic braking, current supply, etc. can be controlled via programmable digital and analog inputs and outputs.

Technical description
This motor control unit is a discontinued type, this motor control unit can be used as a possible replacement: 06.38.007
The M-4Q-10-xx module is a four-quadrant motor control unit with soft start / speed control for DC motors. It ensures safe switching on/off as well as the controlled and defined driving of motors. The speed control of the motors can be set via a potentiometer or an analog voltage 0 -10VDC. Trimmer Tr2 (ramp) can be used to set the starting time of the motors from 0.1 sec. to 5 sec. Trimmer Tr3 (IxR) is used to set the IxR compensation, i.e. if the load on the motor fluctuates, the IxR compensation attempts to keep the speed of the motor constant. The permissible total current is set on trimmer Tr.4 (current). By applying a high signal to terminal 2 (I changeover), it is possible to switch from current monitoring (motor switches off when the set overcurrent is reached) to current limiting (motor is not switched off but limited to the set current). When the overcurrent is reached, the LED lights up and the output (terminal 16) is switched to VCC. The control input (terminal 3) can be switched from the set speed to full speed. If (terminal 1) is activated, there is no dynamic braking.
